She feels intensely. She imagines without limits. At seven years old, Regina paints oil on canvas with a dedication and emotional depth that goes far beyond her age. Her art is not a rehearsal. It is the real thing.

Regina is seven years old. She paints in oil, draws with marker and pencil, creates mixed-media sculpture and crafts — with a deliberateness and emotional investment that surprises everyone who sees her work.
She does not make art to be praised. She makes art because something inside her needs to come out. The way she gives herself to a piece — the time, the attention, the care — is the quality of a serious artist. The fact that she is seven does not diminish that. It makes it more remarkable.
Her archive began before she could write her own name. Every work is dated and preserved. The collection grows as she grows — and it will be here long after this particular version of her has passed into the next.
